Every day with diabetes is different.
Managing your blood sugar is a numbers game that you don’t always win, and the constant decision-making can be exhausting.
Most people living with diabetes know they are dealing with a condition that intrinsically challenges them to constantly decide and deal with things more than their norm, which can lead to stress and anxiety.
I believe once you understand what is happening and have the right tools, you can reverse stress and anxiety and not have to constantly manage it.
How would you feel if you had the knowledge and skills you needed to understand what is happening and how to install new ‘software’ that will reverse anxiety and give you back your joy? My goal is to give you the tools and training you need to succeed, and nothing you don’t need.

What we’ll work on:
Over the next 9 weeks, We’re going to solve the 3 biggest problems that stop people living with diabetes from leading a life of joy:
- The exhaustion from constantly making decisions about food choices and how to look after yourself.
- How to constantly navigate through ‘tempting’ social environments, without feeling misunderstood, offending others or feeling like you are missing out in life.
- The anxiety and fear of worrying about the unpredictable nature and future impact diabetes in our lives.
